  3. In the email body, please include:
    • The email address you used in Next AI
    • Reason for deletion (optional)

Processing Time: We will process your valid deletion request within 30 days.

Data to be deleted:
Email address, account information, chat history, user preferences, and other personal data associated with your account.

Data that may be retained:
Anonymized analytical data (used for product improvement) and any data that must be retained due to legal or regulatory requirements.

After submitting the request, you will receive a confirmation email. We will notify you again once the deletion is complete.
